Celebrate Recovery
Celebrate Recovery is a structured, Biblically-based program to help people who are hurting change their lives. It combines the classic 12-step approach of Alcoholics Anonymous with the teachings of Jesus to create a powerfully effective healing process and road to recovery.
The CR ministry is not limited to those with chemical dependency (i.e., alcohol and drug addiction). The program also helps people with addictions to gambling, sex, pornography, food, and work as well as those who struggle with co-dependency, control issues, anger, eating disorders, sexual abuse, and depression.
Celebrate Recovery helps people find a way of escape through the saving grace of our Lord and Savior, Jesus Christ. Using small group interactions, individual study, assignments, and the fellowship of a caring, prayerful community, the program guides individuals in facing up to their past and leading them toward renewed wholeness, peace, personal responsibility, and spiritual maturity.
Meeting time: Argyle Church of Christ, Mondays 7:00p - 8:15p. Refreshments are provided. No child care at this time.
